Clinical Responsibilities Ensure each patient receives outstanding service by providing a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product and program knowledge Conduct consultations and Initial Assessments with patients regarding Medi-Weightloss programs Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care Conduct physical examinations according to company guidelines Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including EKGs Prescribe and/or dispense FDA-approved appetite suppressants according to state and federal guidelines and per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician Maintain all required documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR according to company standards Review patient progress and manage patient care accordingly Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as necessary; communicate with collaborating physician and/or specialists regarding patient care Conduct patient calls including appointment reminders, care calls, progress updates, patient concerns, and lab results Follow Medical Director requirements for chart review per the Collaborative Agreement Stay in contact with Medical Affairs regarding implementation of patient care policies and location procedures Adhere to all operational guidelines including HIPAA, OSHA, and location-specific requirements Adhere to and stay current on all Medi-Weightloss program system standards We Offer Competitive Salary/Benefit Package Paid Insurance Credentialing PTO for Part-Time status Paid Holidays Professional Development Reimbursement No on-call requirements and flexible hours Great work-life balance Employee discounts on products, supplements & injections IV Certification License/Certification Certified Nurse Practitioner OR Licensed Physician Assistant (Required) Valid Texas license in good standing (Required) DEA Certification (Preferred; Required within 90 days of hire) BLS Certification (Required) Salary: Competitive, Commensurate with Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
