Manage overall nursing care before, during, and after procedures by monitoring, recording, and communicating changes in patient condition to the surgical team. Perform scrub functions by expertly selecting and handling the sterile instruments, sponges, and supplies used throughout the operative procedure. Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and medical equipment prior to surgeries to ensure full compliance with safety and sterility standards. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi‑state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
