What You'll Do As an Automotive Service Writer, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact. Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues and service requests. Preparing detailed repair orders and ensuring all necessary information is communicated to the technicians. Providing clear and timely updates to customers about their vehicle's status. Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repair services. Managing schedules and coordinating appointments to keep the workflow running smoothly. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: At least 3 years of experience as a service writer, advisor, or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly European vehicles, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and repair order software.
