About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to take on a multi-faceted role that involves initiating and coordinating projects across various functional areas. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in community and industry-related activities to enhance the company's image. This position requires a professional who can recommend practical strategies to support the company's objectives, and who is adept at using good judgment, creative, and strategic thinking. Strong finance and/or lending experience is essential, as is a background in managing bank employees and a passion for mentorship. Applicants for this role at the company should be excellent communicators with proficient conflict resolution skills. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, along with a minimum of 15 years' of financial services experience, including a history of previous management. The role offers a long-term career path with the potential to advance to a CEO position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of making a significant impact on the company's goals and objectives, and will be dedicated to the growth and development of both the organization and its employees.
