We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team! Hiring for 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts!

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.

What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team
• Support new team members with orientation and training
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers
• Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia
• Active CNA is a plus!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
