Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Easton, PA in their search for an Admin! Admin Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Location: Easton, PA

Admin Responsibilities:

• Manage the busy front service window and interact professionally with truck drivers
• Print tickets and shipping/receiving documentation
• Address and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain and manage inventory records
• Provide administrative support to the Site Manager as needed
• Assist with daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow and communication

Admin Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
• Proficiency with basic office software and administrative tasks
• Previous administrative, office, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus
