Position Overview Personal Banker – Bilingual in Spanish preferred (Midtown Miami Branch, 85 NE 29th Street, Miami, FL 33137). Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in a banking or retail environment; associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. Skills: Customer focus, proactive sales, risk management, problem solving, effective communication, technology utilization, and bilingual Spanish (preferred).
