We have multiple shifts available and will keep you close to the area where you prefer to work.Pay Range: $18.50hr-$19.00hrWhat We're Looking for in Caregiver ApplicantsWillingness to perform all levels of care — not just light/companionship, including peri/personal care and transfers, or be willing to learn!Valid driver's license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided!No live-in shifts currently availableShift examples include (but are not limited to): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support. Paid Travel Time: We pay you for travel time between clients. Paid Orientation & Training: You will be paid for the time spent in orientation and for any required online training. Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only: If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
