In-Home Family Preservation Advocate
Samaritas
Samaritas is seeking a Preservation Advocate / Case Manager for the MiFamily Together (MFT) program, delivering in-home family support to strengthen family preservation and reunification. This role emphasizes a strengths-based, 2Gen approach in a home-based model to promote stability and positive outcomes.
You will assess families, develop treatment plans, coordinate services, and maintain documentation while collaborating with referrals, courts, schools, and community providers.
