Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Breaks: Two paid breaks plus lunch
Location: Dallas, TX – On-site position

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, packing, and warehouse operations. This position also offers the opportunity to train and develop into HVAC assembly work.

• After successful completion of the 90-day period and full-time hire, total compensation is approximately $24.05/hour, including the profit-sharing incentive

Job Duties

Receiving

• Receive incoming products and materials.
• Accurately enter received products into the system.
• Store components in designated bins and shelving locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading LTL shipments using a forklift.
• Report inventory discrepancies or receiving issues.

Shipping

• Assist shippers with gathering parts, components, and completed units.
• Pull products based on printed work orders.
• Box and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with generating shipping labels.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.

Packing

• Work efficiently in a high-paced packing environment.
• Accurately process and prepare orders while maintaining speed and quality.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Follow work orders and packing requirements carefully.

Warehouse Support

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with cleanup as needed.
• Organize materials and maintain designated storage areas.
• Assist in different warehouse departments based on daily operational needs.
• Report inventory or product issues to the Supervisor.
• Continuously work to improve speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Assembly Training

• After completing warehouse training, begin learning HVAC assembler duties.
• Learn to read work orders and gather required parts and components.
• Assemble HVAC systems and components using hand tools at a workstation.
• Follow quality and production standards during the assembly process.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, packing, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
• HVAC assembly experience is desired but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills for receiving and inventory entry.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience using basic hand tools is a plus.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions and cross-train in assembly.
