Job Description

The Machine Operator / Setup role involves preparing and operating machinery to ensure smooth production processes. This position focuses on machine setup, quality inspection, and working day shift hours, reporting directly to the Team Lead. We will train on site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run machinery according to specifications and production schedules
• Conduct quality inspections based off blueprints to maintain product standards
• Operate machines efficiently during assigned shifts
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience with milling operations
• Experience with Lathe operations
• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• G-Code
• Ability to read blueprints
• Use precision measuring tools

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operation experience
