You will work closely with clients and play an integral part in promoting their overall well-being while ensuring the highest standard of care.This position offers…• Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost• Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel• Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition• Workplace Culture – An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce• Additional Perks & Benefits – Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:• Administer medications to clients through various methods according to service line requirements.• Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.• Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately in adherence with service line standards.• Conduct medication administration reviews and collaborate on medication management for housing clients.• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their medication needs and requests.• Verify client data and medical history, ensuring all preliminary requirements are obtained.• Complete required documentation timely, facilitating effective client care and safety plans.• Serve as a resource for nursing and medical issues, managing infectious disease control and hygiene practices.• Participate in required meetings and perform related duties as assigned by nursing leadership.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.• Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.Additional Qualifications:• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Physical Requirements• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
