Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Medical-Surgical (MS), or Home Health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess resident's health status, documenting observations and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and their families.
• Build strong relationships based on trust and respect with residents and colleagues.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication among the healthcare team.
• Recognize and acknowledge the accomplishments and contributions of residents and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in LTC, MS, or Home Health nursing.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
• Active Michigan state nursing license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
