We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong Financial Services Cloud experience to work with business stakeholders and technology teams on Salesforce implementation and enhancement initiatives.
The BSA will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, developing user stories, and working closely with Salesforce architecture, development, QA, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with financial services stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers.
- Support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Identify process improvements and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure requirements are properly tested.
- Support UAT and business validation activities.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
- Manage requirements traceability and resolve requirement-related issues.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/BSA.
- Strong Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- Experience in banking, lending, wealth management, or insurance.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
