Salary: $125,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We oversee the full scope of a technical practice, including personnel, tools, and vendor relationships.
• We collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and other practices to improve offerings and identify new opportunities.
• We support and, in some cases, manage practice-based services that generate consulting revenue.
• We use our strengths and core capabilities to build a foundational service portfolio.
• We work with Sales and Marketing to shape an optimal mix of productized and vertical offerings based on market trends.
• We manage the day-to-day operational and tactical execution of multiple projects and initiatives.
• We monitor project health and review deliverables across initiatives.
• We evaluate and potentially redesign practice offerings.
• We design solutions for both on-premise and geographically distributed delivery models.
• We develop clear messaging around our practice offerings, including positioning, value proposition, differentiation, and target client profile.
• We research relevant industry benchmarks and maintain ongoing market awareness.
• We build systems to measure performance against industry standards and communicate successes and challenges.
• We manage revenue targets for the practice.
• We forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• We set expectations for revenue and profitability projections.
• We partner with Sales on product development and sales support.
• We build long-term client relationships and pursue partnership opportunities.
• We keep other practices, solution executives, the sales team, and the PMO informed about relevant services.
• We identify and secure speaking engagements within our practice area.
• We participate in team and client meetings as key contributors.
• We increase our visibility through involvement in local and national industry organizations.
• We address issues quickly and openly.
• We communicate relevant practice and project information to leaders and peers across practices.
• We handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• We manage difficult personnel matters with appropriate discretion, HR guidance, and respect.
• We manage vendor and partner relationships while maintaining proper oversight.
• We ensure vendors meet service level agreements.
• We qualify and select vendors aligned with our strategic goals.
