•Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Endocrinology, Diabetes Management, Thyroid Disorders, Metabolic Conditions

•Specialty Backup: Access to multi-specialty support within health system
•Support Staff: Experienced clinical support staff
•Leadership & Reporting Structure: Supported by physician and operations leadership

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
•Board Requirements: BC/BE in Endocrinology
•DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required)
•Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Board Status: BC/BE in Endocrinology
•State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
•Certifications: As required
•Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
•Additional Requirements: Interest in developing and growing a practice with autonomy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care
•Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders
•Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
•Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
