HP Retail Sales Representative

Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 529 - Visalia, CA 93277 Overview Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate. Pay: $18.50 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday preferred, with optional Friday availability based on store needs. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Maintain clean, organized, functional workstations and comply with all paperwork requirements. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Assist customers in product selection, building confidence and documenting sales. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience (tech or electronics preferred). Tech‑savvy and outgoing personality. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and advise them on product fit.
