Associate Project Manager - Retention Campaign Specialist

The Job

The Associate Project Manager - Retention Campaign Specialist supports the planning, execution, and delivery of retention and renewal campaigns across markets. This role works closely with Retention Specialists, Data & Analytics,
Product, Pharmacy, Member Services, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign activities are organized, timely, within scope, and measurable.

The role prepares and maintains campaign plans, tracks progress, coordinates outreach readiness, identifies and escalates risks, maintains documentation, and helps translate campaign results into actionable insights that support member retention.

You Will

• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of retention and renewal campaigns across markets, ensuring activities are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Prepare and maintain campaign plans, timelines, trackers, project documentation, outreach schedules, and status reports for internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign logistics, including member files, outreach readiness and training, tracking needs, workflow alignment, and follow-up activities.

• Partner with Retention Specialists, Data & Analytics, Product, Pharmacy, Member Services, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, issue resolution, and follow-up needs.

• 5 Maintain campaign trackers to document member lists, outreach status, completion progress, participation, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and next steps.

• Review campaign requirements, identify interdependencies, coordinate work activities and schedules, and ensure assigned tasks are completed according to established timelines.

• Monitor campaign progress, identify and escalate barriers, delays, or risks, and support resolution within predefined guidelines and structured plans.

• Compile post-campaign results, including participation, outreach completion, retention outcomes, member feedback themes, lessons learned, and recommended improvements.

• Help identify opportunities to improve future campaigns through trend review, process documentation, issue tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

• Support market-specific and national campaigns as assigned, ensuring consistent execution, communication, documentation, and reporting across workstreams.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• 0-2 years of project management, campaign coordination, operations, sales support, or member retention experience or related experience in the healthcare, health plan, or related industry experience required.

• 1-2 years of leadership, project coordination, workstream coordination, or related experience preferred.

• Certifications deemed reasonable to function at this level preferred.

• Basic leadership skills with the ability to coordinate work efforts, follow up on deliverables, and support cross-functional teams.

• Good problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, barriers, and dependencies and escalate issues appropriately.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

• Ability to prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, documentation, and status reports.

• Ability to support planning, coordination, execution, and documentation within structured plans and predefined guidelines.

• Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and approaches for obtaining results within established parameters.

• Ability to track progress against milestones, organize campaign details, and communicate updates clearly and accurately.

• Ability to compile, review, and summarize campaign results, member feedback themes, and recommended improvements.

• Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules, and follow through on time-sensitive deliverables.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle member, campaign, and business information with discretion.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams), Visio, and SQL are required.
