About the Opportunity

The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring remote family benefits specialists to help individuals and families understand available benefit options through scheduled virtual appointments.

This role is built around communication, client service, follow-up, and professional development. It may be a strong fit for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, management, military, or sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with families by phone and Zoom
  • Review available benefit options
  • Help clients understand coverage choices
  • Answer questions with professionalism
  • Complete online documentation
  • Attend training and coaching
  • Follow a structured client-service system
