Our 7-bed unit, with an integrated OR and PACU, supports 3040 deliveries each month and provides comprehensive care for a wide range of patients and obstetric needs from triage and labor to surgical delivery, recovery, postpartum, newborn nursery, and gynecologic care.Our team thrives on strong prioritization, professionalism, and collaboration to provide safe, patient-centered care. Staffing ratios are thoughtfully guided by patient acuity and volume: 1:1 in active labor and OR/recovery, 2:1 for patients on magnesium therapy, and 3:1 for couplet care. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
