Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Fabricate and repair parts using welding and other maintenance tools as needed.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly document hazardous materials and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
