You will help deliver innovative workflow management solutions for building construction component prefabrication, ensuring high-quality, cybersecure digital technologies that enhance customer advocacy for our DEWALT products.You are passionate about empowering teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging your servant leadership and Agile expertise to drive team success.You’ll get to: Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, and prioritization.Foster Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of learning and adaptation by helping the team reflect and improve their processes.Ensure Quality Delivery: Help the team deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions in a cloud environment within pre-established release timelines.Champion Agile Mindset: Advocate for Agile values and principles across the team and organization.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have:QualificationsExperience 7+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, in software development environments.Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).Experience on Tracking and reporting on sprint progress, team velocity, and performance metricsFamiliarity with Agile frameworks like Jira is essential.
