Warehouse Forklift Operator

Position Summary Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Port Reading, New Jersey. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00 and a weekly schedule Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products and load/unload trucks. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours. Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator's License. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment. High attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods. Capacity to maintain health and safety practices and adapt to a flexible schedule. Benefits Weekly pay and paid training.
