Intermediate In-Home Healthcare

SRX Home Care, LLC, operating under the Happier At Home brand, is seeking a dedicated Intermediate In-Home Care provider to deliver compassionate and professional care services to clients within their homes in Northeast Iowa. This role involves assisting clients with moderate healthcare needs and daily living activities to help them maintain independence and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and providing companionship. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social engagements.
• Communicate any changes in client condition to supervisory staff promptly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in in-home care or a related healthcare field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check and saliva drug test.
