Job Type Full-time at our Federal Way and Kent Station Locations About the Opportunity We are seeking an Area Manager to join the Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee clinic locations in the Central Region, including Federal Way and Kent. The home base will be in Renton, where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. More About You Thrive at work and at home Practice team‑based care at the top of your license Work in a fast‑paced, modern environment Make a positive, lasting impact in healthcare Position Summary The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for oversight and management of daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites. Compensation and Benefits We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $94,889.60 – $136,572.80 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certifications.
