Minimum age of 19 (Birth Certificate) 3. Copy of FDLE Certification 4. Passing Physical agility test at Broward College IPS (BMST), valid for 6 months 5. Passing swim test, valid for life 6. Original Driver's License 7. High school Diploma 8.
