About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Evercare of Granite City, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your priority will be to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our patients, while also promoting a positive and supportive environment for our staff.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures, such as injections, wound care, and vital sign measurements
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
