Shift Leader

Overview We are looking for a Shift Leader at Bruegger's Bagels. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
