Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with overall restaurant operations Run shifts to assist the GM and also assist the kitchen Assign tasks and responsibilities to other managers and team members Ensure policies are upheld and report concerns to the General Manager Assist with financial forecasting (P&L, Sales, Budgets, etc.) Train, coach and apply corrective action when necessary Other typical responsibilities to ensure ease of operations Requirements At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in full-service, preferably casual dining Must have kitchen experience Familiar with various financial reports, budgeting, etc. Experience with training, coaching, and corrective action Outstanding work ethic Guest-focused and service-driven Demonstrated leadership skills Desire to be part of a winning team Benefits Compensation includes performance bonuses, medical, dental & vision, 401K, vacation and sick pay, and ongoing training and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
