About the Position

Job Title: RN CVICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NIH Certification, NRP Advanced Must-Have: Experience in CVICU nursing Description: New and specialized CVICU in need of experienced nurses to care for cardiac patients both pre and post op. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate surgical cases. Available for 36 hours a week, every other weekend, holidays, and willingness to be on call. Nurses may be subject to float to other pediatric units. The unit is a new and specialized 8-bed CVICU connected to a pediatric intensive care unit. Nurses will work closely with the surgical team and intensivist team. Candidates must possess the required certifications.
