As a well-established two-doctor family practice in our state-of-the-art office, we deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, low-stress, and positive environment. You'll work on-site with modern technology including digital radiographs, intraoral cameras, Eaglesoft software, and fully electronic patient records. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene assistant services, including taking radiographs, placing fluoride treatments, and maintaining a clean, sterile work area
• Greet and engage patients warmly, help them feel comfortable, and provide clear, friendly explanations of procedures and aftercare
• Coordinate with dentists and team members to plan and manage patient treatment
• Maintain accurate electronic dental records and document per practice protocols
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety, and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience or strong proficiency with dental technology and computer systems (digital radiographs, Eaglesoft, etc.)
• Highly outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills — you enjoy talking with patients of all ages, building rapport quickly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• A warm, talkative, and positive demeanor that helps reduce patient anxiety and enhances their visit
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Professional attitude and appearance, plus a genuine commitment to high-quality care and ethical standards
