Linguistic Validation & eCOA Project Manager

Job OverviewManages the operational aspects of projects and programs. Will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.Essential FunctionsCreate, track and report on project timelinesManage project budgets and approval of invoicesProduce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior managementPrepare and present project information at internal and external meetingsMay be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or programMay participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentationsCoordinate with other project resources within and outside the organizationProvide input into project proposals and RFPsEnsure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metricsServe as a backup contact for internal Project ManagersIdentify and negotiate out of scope project workResponsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicingMeet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are metPartner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvementsQualificationsRequired Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree3 years of related experienceOREquivalent combination of education, training and experienceSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work under limited directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsThis is a remote/WFH position open to candidates currently residing within the United States. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
