Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Orthopedic and Neuro nursing. - Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6-8. Description: Ortho/Neuro unit with 16 beds. Patient care ratios typically range from 1:6 to 1:8. Candidates must hold a current BLS certification. The position involves dynamic patient care responsibilities. Nurses will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
