ABOUT OUR POSITION

• MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus. Check out our job description video : Production Operator at Charter Wire - Menomonee Valley
  
• STARTING PAY: $21.00+ depending on experience PLUS 2.25 shift premium ( with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)
  
• SHIFT : Day Shift (6AM - 6PM)
  
• SCHEDULE : 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
  
• LOCATION: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is NOT required to start with us. We will pay for you to get your GED through an accredited program!
