Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 4 years of experience in Unix, SQL, Java Production support-batch monitoring/issue resolution User support Handling Incident management Problem management Driving Support efficiencies – doing FFAs, fixes, change management etc Automation- using scripting/tool development.At least Y years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment At least X years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAnalytical and Communication skills project and talent managementExperience with project managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
