You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one. Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
