A new Optometrist would include doctors hired externally, graduate doctors, doctors by integration or by internal transition or transfer. In addition, the Clinical Excellence Captain will maintain elevated clinical care in a well-run, high performing office. This role will report to the Clinical Manager, the duties of onboarding and training new Optometrists will be conducted on an as instructed/as needed basis by the Manager.You WillBe Responsible for executing the required onboarding and training plans for new Optometrists and remediation efforts as assigned.Follow and implement custom training agendas and training materials while onboarding new Optometrists, to include any required follow-up post training period.Responsible for completing the required training and onboarding completion tracking form.Be an exemplary role model of professionalism and leadership.Foster a welcoming and engaging environment.Conduct initial assessments and analysis in your specified area of expertise to identify performance, skill, and knowledge gaps.
