Overview FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRIÉ. Required: Esthetics License Skin Expert Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests. Achieve personal and store goals. Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts. Give service recommendations and rebook clients. Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board of Cosmetology compliance. Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork. Report directly to the Salon Manager. Assist in all in-store operational processes. Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures. Attend mandatory training and team meetings. Skin Expert Experiences / Qualifications Esthetics License Experience in brow shaping, waxing + tinting required Experience in dermaplaning and HydraFacial preferred Strong communication skills - book building + client relations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships 2-3 years of experience Pay based on experience Job Types: Part-time, 25-30 hours a week Availability: Nights and Weekends are Required License: Esthetics License is Required #J-18808-Ljbffr FACE FOUNDRIÉ
