Locums Emergency Medicine Physician in Quincy, Illinois - No Call, Overnight Coverage

This nocturnist opportunity focuses on dedicated overnight emergency medicine coverage with no call responsibilities.

Practice & Cases

• Emergency department with approximately 40,000 annual visits
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Procedural sedation, joint reductions, and routine emergency medicine procedures
• Experienced nurse practitioner support in the emergency department

Schedule

• Overnight shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Minimum of 6 shifts per month required
• Ongoing nocturnist coverage need
• Single physician coverage during portions of the overnight shift

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license required
• ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
• Travel accommodations provided for qualifying coverage assignments
