OWASA is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for water and sewer services in Carrboro and the surrounding communities. The CFO will guide budgeting, capital planning, debt management, and reporting to the Executive Director and Board.
This role requires a degree in business/finance, 10+ years of finance experience with senior management, and credentials such as CPA or GFOA CPFO.
