Mental Health Therapist - Resident in Counseling

Full-Time (W2) Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness – Northern Virginia Hybrid Mental Health Therapist- LCSW, LPC, Resident in Counseling Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness is hiring an LCSW, LPC, or Resident in Counseling to join our growing outpatient clinic in Northern Virginia. We are a trauma-focused, somatic-oriented practice serving adolescents (13+) and adults who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. Our clinical culture centers on emotional regulation, depth therapy, and long‑term change. Our team values accountability, clinical growth, and consistency in care. We are a structured, supportive environment where clinicians are expected to take ownership of their work, engage in ongoing learning, and contribute to a team culture that prioritizes client outcomes. This is a full‑time W2 position averaging 26 completed sessions per week, with clinicians working three in‑office days to support both clinic needs and personal structure.
