Construction Quality Control Manager – Kings Bay, GA $ 115,000 - $ 145,000 annually, based on experience Overview Quality Control Managers plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control programs on federal construction projects. This is a fully on-site position. Local candidates are preferred; relocation or extended on-site travel may be required. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program Execute QC performance in accordance with contract requirements Complete administrative documentation accurately and on time Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science — or equivalent combination of education and field experience 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager Minimum 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience required Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent) Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if needed) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard internet tools Preferred Qualifications Specialty inspection training, licenses, or certifications LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate certification Experience with Viewpoint/Vista construction software Benefits Vehicle allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Vacation, sick, and holiday pay Bonus eligibility #J-18808-Ljbffr MBC Talent Connections
