Printer OperatorRequired Education • High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Qualifications / Skills / Experience • Experience in a print shop or mailroom environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience • Prior experience in a high-volume mailroom or print production environment • Experience working with Inserter machines and Production printers • Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environmentsPrinter Operator Overview • Responsible for supporting high-volume mailroom operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Operates production-class printers and inserter machines to process, package, and distribute mail accurately and efficiently • Ensures all print jobs, mail inserts, and postage requirements are completed within strict timelines • Handles sensitive healthcare information while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards • Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, physically active, and comfortable working in production environments.Job Duties • Operate digital production printers (e.g., Xerox) to process print jobs • Use inserter machines (e.g., Neopost, Pitney Bowes) for folding and envelope insertion • Verify print jobs against documentation for accuracy and completeness • Apply postage and prepare outgoing mail • Perform general mailroom operations in a high-volume environment • Maintain workflow efficiency to meet strict production deadlines • Handle sensitive healthcare information with confidentiality • Communicate completion status and escalate issues as needed • Support additional mailroom and operational tasks as assigned**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
