Action Roofing is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing operations team in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in roofing, construction, or home services who is ready to take the next step into project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing residential roofing projects from production through completion
• Coordinate scheduling with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners
• Perform job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Communicate project updates with customers and internal teams
• Order materials and verify deliveries
• Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeouts
• Resolve minor field issues while escalating larger concerns to senior leadership
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every project

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or project coordination preferred
• Residential roofing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
