Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Full-Time School Occupational Therapist (OT) – Aurora, IL | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based position in Aurora, Illinois for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students across various age groups, helping them develop the skills necessary for academic achievement, independence, and success in the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
