The Global Strategic Pricing team is responsible for performing pricing and market analysis as well as coordinating the implementation of pricing of SAS’s offerings and solutions to optimize profits and support meeting sales, marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. As an intern, you might: Prepare pricing and revenue impact reports Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Release Management, Offering Management, and other departments to develop compliant pricing and packaging strategies Consolidate information from multiple sources into recommendations, reports, presentations, and communication messages regarding pricing strategies Develop and maintains pricing models and pricing performance metrics for SAS’s offerings Research, analyze, and track competitor pricing and market trends Interact with our Quoting Tool, Software Fee Calculator, to validate pricing, test use cases, and/or ensure our quoting is enabling the successful execution of the SAS pricing strategy Required Qualifications You are an undergraduate student studying Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or any Quantitative discipline; not graduating prior to December 2026 . You have experience using some of the following types of programs: MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or HTML Ability to communicate effectively either verbally, in writing, or via data visualization Strong organizational skills for managing commitments, schedules, and deadlines You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 — $30 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 – $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
