Synergy HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers for positions in Frisco, Plano, Allen, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Carrolton, Coppell, The Colony, Far North Dallas, and Richardson.

Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Qualifications:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)
• Caregiving/Home Health Aide: 1 year (Required)

Job Description:

• Personal care - assisting with ADLs
• Assist with transfer and mobility
• Medication reminders
• Light meal preparation
• Light housekeeping duties
• Companionship Care
• Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Memory care (Dementia/Alzheimer's)
