Quality Assurance Shopfloor Associate

Perform routine QA shopfloor activities as defined in approved procedures and work instructions. Apply job-related training and procedural knowledge to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently in support of quality and compliance objectives. Execute assigned tasks with a high level of attention to detail, reliability, and consistency following job-related training. Monitor product quality at different stages and detect and escalate non-conformances in a timely manner with support from Quality Assurance associates. Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.
