Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Competence Certificate (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations within educational or healthcare settings
• Teletherapy proficiency and familiarity with the related technology/platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to personalized, evidence-based therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver speech-language services to students with diverse needs
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
• Document and report on student improvements and therapy outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, ensuring interventions support academic and social growth
• Work both on-site and via teletherapy, as appropriate to student needs
