Quick Facts Location: Los Alamos, NM Start Date: 12/31/2025 (flexible based on availability) Assignment Duration: Up to 12 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Locum/Per Diem Licenses/Certifications: Active NM Medical License (must be already licensed) Experience: Prior Urology or General Surgery experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (as listed) Weekly Pay: via Direct Deposit Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide outpatient clinic services to urology patients Perform scheduled surgeries in accordance with assigned cases Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality patient care Follow all hospital protocols and compliance standards Maintain detailed medical documentation for all procedures Participate in limited procedures and follow-up visits as assigned What You Need Required: Active New Mexico Medical License (must be pre-existing) Board-certified or Board-eligible in Urology At least 1 year of Urology or related surgical experience Good standing with a clean professional history Ability to commit to a minimum of 1 week per month (preferably 2 weeks) Preferred: Prior locum or temporary staffing experience Flexibility regarding start dates in Nov or Dec 2025 About the Assignment This assignment is for a reputable facility in Los Alamos, NM, seeking a provider to cover clinic and outpatient surgical duties. The provider will not be responsible for call coverage and is expected to work on-site at least one to two weeks per month, primarily doing clinic and surgical procedures.
